Stone Skipper LLP is an ISO-certified manufacturer and supplier of high-purity silica sand, quartz, and kaolin clay (china clay), headquartered in Bhuj, Kutch, at the heart of one of India’s most mineral-rich regions.

Founded in 2019 by Pravin Lagariya and Devayat Pindariya, Stone Skipper was built on a simple but demanding premise: the industries we serve have zero tolerance for variance. Neither do we.

Pravin, an engineer, personally oversees specification compliance to this day. Devayat, a seasoned entrepreneur and plant operations expert, ensures quality and customer satisfaction remain at the highest level and that every relationship Stone Skipper builds is one that lasts.

Our clients include Saint-Gobain, Schott Glass, PGP Glass, Borosil, and Halydyan Glass. These are not names collected for a brochure. They are relationships built on consistent delivery of minerals engineered to exact specification, and on a level of client service that makes long-term supply partnerships the natural outcome.

CEO & Co-Founder

Pravin Lagariya

Pravin Lagariya is an engineering professional and mineral‑processing specialist with extensive experience in aligning mineral quality with industrial specifications. His career in the sector began in 2015 as Director at Avion Mineology, followed by the establishment of Stone Skipper in 2019.

He brings a rigorous, process‑driven approach to product development and quality assurance, with core expertise in mineral beneficiation, process optimisation, and specification compliance. Pravin continues to personally oversee quality adherence across all product lines, upholding a strict operational principle: no material leaves the facility until it is right.

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Devayat Pindariya

Devayat Pindariya is an experienced entrepreneur with longstanding involvement in Gujarat’s minerals and industrial ecosystem. His background includes direct ownership of kaolin clay mines and hands‑on operational experience in clay and silica sand processing facilities, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the regional supply chain.

At Stone Skipper, he is responsible for plant operations and stakeholder coordination. Devayat plays a central role in maintaining operational continuity by managing relationships with local partners, suppliers, and networks. His on‑ground insight ensures that Stone Skipper’s production infrastructure remains efficient, reliable, and well‑integrated with its operating environment.

Sharad Chandra

Sharad Chandra is a seasoned Glass Industry professional with 35+ years of experience in glass business in various roles. An M.Tech in Ceramics & Glass Technology from IIT (BHU), he has held senior leadership positions with leading organizations in India and overseas.

He provides strategic and technical consulting services to Glass industry & Raw materials.
